Deirdre Connor
Director of Operations


As Director of Operations, Deirdre manages all of CAVU's operations, programming, fundraising, and staff, and works in concert with the Board of Directors to set and implement the strategic vision for CAVU. Deirdre has been with CAVU since 2005, and held the position of Program Opportunity Director before taking over operations in 2008. Deirdre holds a B.A. in Sociology and a Master's in Public Administration from Clark University.

Penny Marston
Healthy Weight Initiative Program Manager

Penny joined CAVU in April 2008 to manage CAVU's Healthy Weight Initiative. Penny assists Healthy Weight participants with operations, collaborative activities, and access to community resources vital to patients' success, and also manages CAVU's pediatric obesity pilot programming. Penny holds a B.A. in Women's Studies from Mount Holyoke College, and has worked extensively in social services and youth development.
